Visor Virtual Office - Telephone support for every eventuality

The Virtual Office can provide you with a telephony service to support you in difficult circumstances and offer your business the stability it requires when everything else seems to be in chaos.

There are two elements to the set up process:

1) A telephone number specific to your company to which to divert your calls

Calls to this number display your company name on our switchboard

  • This allows the receptionists to answer calls in your company name and direct them correctly.
  • The receptionist can divert them to an individual or to the voicemail system
  • The receptionists greeting to callers can be tailored to your requirements for example:

"I am afraid that our normal service is temporarily interrupted. Please leave a short message on the voice mail and we they will return your call shortly".

  • These voicemails can be accessed through any touch-tone telephone by authorised members of your company allowing you to start returning calls immediately
  • All messages will be stored for 4 days after they have been read
  • We can also send these voicemails as email attachments to an address specified by you which allows you to keep your messages and access them without requiring a telephone

2) Communication Point for your company

  • An additional telephone number is set up for all those involved in the disaster recovery process
  • As the Disaster recovery plan moves into action the actions and the decisions of all involved are recorded in the system
  • Anyone calling in hears the very latest information and instructions
  • his means good communication and those involved in the recovery process are not distracted from their primary task of getting the business back on its feet again
  • Only authorised people can record into the system, again with a password code.
  • Those authorised to go into this voice box can be different to the ones who are carrying out the call-back service as outlined above.
  • Anyone can call into the system and hear what is happening.
  • All staff carry one number only in case of emergencies relating to the office
