Helping you select and train your Crisis Management Team

We will discuss with you the composition, objectives and selection of an ideal Crisis Management Team (CMT) based on years of front line experience, although what you actually call this small team is not crucial. For example, Incident Management will be just as applicable, although we refer to CM here.

Peter Power of Visor Conultanrts All CM support and training will be given by Peter Power BA FBCI, FEPS, FIRM, FCMI, and his team from Visor Consultants based at our Piccadilly Location (www.visorconsultants.com). Peter often appears on BBC, ITN, CNN, Sky and other News broadcasts and documentaries discussing numerous crises based on his wide experience. His knowledge of crisis decision making is quoted in the UK Government (Cabinet Office) Guide on Integrated Emergency Management and he is the author of many other advice guidebooks including the original UK Govt. (DTI) booklet ‘Preventing Chaos in a Crisis'. He is a Special Advisor to a number of key organisations ranging from the Business Continuity Institute London Forum to Canadian Centre for Emergency Preparedness. He is in addition, listed in more than UK Register as an Expert Witnesses. Peter is the primary author of the ubiquitous Gold, Silver & Bronze command structure, a Fellow of numerous industry associations and member of the Guild of Freemen of the City of London.

Advanced training on how to deal with any corporate emergency will be given by a UK expert on Crisis and Business Continuity Management so your team can be prepared and familiar with how to make quick decisions on issues such as locating or relocating staff, reassuring stakeholders and keeping key revenue streams working. Just as important, all of your key communication needs can be pre-configured so anyone calling your organisation will get a seamless response.

2 hour single period session to your Crisis Management Team, including their alternates in one of our CMT rooms that you would actually use in a crisis
